Shawn Berry, MBA  

CO-FOUNDER & PRESIDENT

Shawn runs the day-to-day operations and acts as the key consulting principal for the firm. He has advised numerous business owners and developed winning strategies for corporate spin-offs, new venture startups and growth companies beginning in the 90's as a financial adviser and management consultant.  Shawn was an early investor, and adopter of technology solutions which transformed how we did business with each other. He was an early pioneer in the Peer-to-Peer (P2P) space, and distributed collaboration solutions back in 2001.  And, has a keen understanding on how to use technology to drive revenue growth, build profitable customer engagements, and turnaround business operations.  

Shawn is a certified Marketing Consultant by the E-Marketing Association, certified Salesforce Administrator for their Sales Cloud, and is also certified in Inbound Marketing with Hubspot's platform.  Shawn previously was Co-Director of the Foster School of Business consulting arm, the Business Diagnostic Center (BDC), and has held various Executive Director; Vice President; and Global Partnership roles since 2000.  He loves to help owners, and key C-level executives strategize and develop profitable solutions that are sustainable. And, he understands capital constraints and issues which come from building companies and new solutions.  He also holds two patents under Skyblue LLC, as President and founder of Skyblue Textiles.

pETRA MICHAEL

CO-FOUNDER

Petra co-founded the company back in 2010, to focus on delivering product solutions for the hospitality vertical.  She has International sales, marketing, business development experience, and an accomplished design eye that is useful in the delivery of competitive products. She holds two design patents under Skyblue LLC in the textile space, and has experience with Intellectual Property protection, in both the U.S. and abroad.  She has crafted North American distribution partnerships and understands the key issues with dealing with an indirect selling channel. She is currently heading up the National Hospitality practice full-time for the world’s largest water technology company, Lixil, creating solutions within the hospitality space with essential ownership groups, and design/architecture firms.

She has worked with many of the largest global hotel franchisors and brands: from Mandarin Oriental, Hilton, Marriott, Starwood, Hyatt, Fairmont, Best Western, Four Seasons, IHG, and others, developing brand standards at the corporate level, which is not an easy task!

Petra holds a Bachelor's degree from Academia d' Alta Moda Koefia - Rome, Italy, in both High Fashion & Economics - Trenta con Lode, and is fluent in 5 languages!
